American-born Chinese artist Alexander Leehom Wang, known as Wang Leehom in Asia, is a multifaceted talent in Mandopop music, also excelling as a producer, actor, and director. Wang's music journey began with the violin at age three, eventually mastering the piano, guitar, and drums. After signing with BMG and later Decca, Wang's breakout came with the album Revolution in 1998, winning him Golden Melody Awards for Best Producer and Best Mandarin Male. His diverse sound evolved over the years, blending R&B, dance, and traditional Chinese elements, leading to hits like "Forever Love" and "Heroes of Earth."
