Karin Park

Karin Park, known as the Nico of Scandi-goth, has shared stages with Lana Del Rey and David Bowie, showcasing her talents in music, fashion, and perfumery. Originally a chubby child from a Christian family in a small Swedish village, Karin found her escape through her unique voice. After studying at Stockholm Music Conservatory and embarking on a pop career in Norway, she has released five albums and collaborated with artists like Hook'n'Sling and Axwell. Karin's recent work reflects influences from Scott Walker, Massive Attack, and Nico, but ultimately, she captivates audiences with her personal storytelling and unique style.

Despite early struggles as an outsider in her upbringing, Karin Park's journey has led her back to the village of her youth, where she purchased the church where she first performed as a child. Alongside her husband, front man of the band Årabrot, she transformed the church into a studio and home. Karin's music, a blend of various elements and influences, showcases her ability to connect with audiences on a personal level, defining her as an artist who touches people with her authenticity and values.
