Xand Avião, known as the Commander of Forró, has sold over 5 million CDs and DVDs throughout his career. Starting with the band Estilo Musical, he rose to fame in 2002 with Aviões do Forró. His track "De Mãos Atadas" gained recognition on the Billboard charts, and in 2017, he released the DVD Aviões Xperience.
In 2022, Xand celebrated 20 years in the industry, amassing over 3.4 billion streams and reaching the top spot on Spotify with "Balanço da Rede" featuring Matheus Fernandes. In 2023, he released the album #Mixtura, collaborating on hits like "Assunto Delicado" with Guilherme e Benuto, "Pode Apostar" featuring Mari Fernandez, and "Matadinha de Saudades" with Menos é Mais.
