Biography

Miami-based rapper Trina, born Katrina Laverne Taylor, gained recognition with her feature on Trick Daddy's "Nann" in 1998, which reached the Top Five of the Billboard rap chart. Signing with Slip-n-Slide label, she released her solo debut Da Baddest Bitch in 2000, later achieving gold certification by the RIAA.
