Ο Toquel ξεκίνησε την καριέρα του το 2010, σε ηλικία 16 χρονών, γεγονός που τον απέτρεψε από το να αποφοιτήσει από το σχολείο. Κατά τη διάρκεια της πορείας του έχει κυκλοφορήσει 5 albums - Η Ρόδα Γύρισε (2011), Πριν Ανοίξω Τα Μάτια Μου (2011), Τώρα Ή Ποτέ (2012), Σαν Εσάς (2013), Λίγο Παραπάνω (2015) και 1 EP (Bum Rush EP (2014).
Στην πορεία της καριέρας toy έχει συνεργαστεί με πολλούς καλλιτέχνες της σκηνής αλλά και με αντίστοιχους της Αλβανίας, καθώς την περίοδο 2016-2017 ήταν στη χώρα και rapαρε στα Αλβανικά. Ωστόσο, το 2018 ξαναγύρισε στην Ελλάδα και τον ελληνικό στίχο υπογράφοντας δισκογραφικό συμβόλαιο στη Minos EMI, a Universal Music Company, μέσω της οποίας κυκλοφόρησε το έβδομο και πλέον διαμαντένιο album του, 777, με τα big hits Business, STARS, Sandra κ.ά.
Το 2022 κυκλοφόρησε το επίσης πολυπλατινένιο άλμπουμ Beverly Hills, ένα από τα πιο δημοφιλή άλμπουμ παγκοσμίως καθώς μέσα σε λίγες ώρες κατέκτησε τα ελληνικά charts σε Spotify & Apple Music και ταυτόχρονα βρέθηκε στο Νο8 των Top Debut Albums του Spotify.
Το 1111 (2023), το οποίο φέρει τον τίτλο του από την ημερομηνία γέννησης της μητέρας του και περιλαμβάνει συνεργασίες με τον FLY LO, τον RACK, την LILA, τον Bloody Hawk και τον Roran.
Το ILLEGAL (2024) σε συνεργασία με τον Fly Lo κατέκτησε την 8η θέση στο Top Albums Debut Global Chart του Spotify.
