Biography
In 2008, the band got its start in the family room of lead singer Evan Hawkin's mom's Rancho Bernardo house. Thousands of hours of practice plus recording and writing with keyboardist Brady O'Rear resulted in the band's early recordings and first shows playing house parties and college shows around Southern California.
In 2010, the band graduated from backyard parties and began touring heavily, which continued for the next 13+ years to the present day. TTR has played sold out performances across the country's top venues, including Red Rocks Amphitheater, Greek Theater, 9:30 Club, First Avenue, The Fillmore, Fox Theater, Paradise Rock Club, Santa Barbara Bowl and The Roxy.
The performances began to extend even further with shows and festival appearances in Hawaii, Mexico, Costa Rica, Canada and Guam.
In September of 2021 Calvin Canha (Drummer / Producer) joined the band
In December 2021, the band headed to Nashville, and six days later headed back home to San Diego with their best work to date, "TTR".
The self-titled "TTR" released in August 2022 is a fusion of Pop, Rap, Reggae and R&B.
