Thousand Foot Krutch is a hard rock trio from Peterborough, Canada, formed in 1995 by Trevor McNevan, Joel Bruyere, and Steve Augustine. They signed with Diamante and released their debut LP, "Set It Off," in 2000. The band's sound evolved over the years, drawing comparisons to bands like P.O.D. and Papa Roach. In 2003, they signed with Tooth & Nail and released "Phenomenon," showcasing a more focused rock sound akin to Chevelle and Finger Eleven.

Thousand Foot Krutch continued to gain momentum with subsequent releases. Their 2005 album, "The Art of Breaking," produced by Arnold Lanni, marked their Billboard 200 debut. The band's independent releases, including "The End Is Where We Begin" in 2012 and the chart-topping "Oxygen: Inhale" and "Exhale" in 2014 and 2016, solidified their success in the hard rock and Christian music scenes.
