SubDocta, also known as Preston Charles, burst onto the music scene in 2017 with his hit single "2009 Was Tight", gaining recognition from prominent figures in the dance music industry. Specializing in his unique blend of dubstep and bass music, which he has coined "West Coast Wobble", SubDocta draws inspiration from his roots on the west coast of the United States.

Since 2018, SubDocta has embarked on numerous high-profile tours, sharing the stage with renowned artists such as Ganja White Night, Excision, Riot Ten, and Dirt Monkey.
