Simge

Simge was born on August 8, 1981, in Istanbul, Turkey, growing up surrounded by music due to her musician father. She began playing guitar and composing at the age of 12. Continuing her music studies, she enrolled in Istanbul Technical University State Conservatory's Department of Vocal Education.

In 2011, Simge made her solo album debut with "Yeni Çıktı" and later released the single "Bip Bip," which she also produced, in 2014. Her single "Miş Miş," released in June 2015 under DMC label, maintained a top position in digital platforms, radio, and television. Simge received the Best New Soloist award at the 2015 Pantene Golden Butterfly Awards and was honored in the Rising Stars category at the 2016 Pantene Golden Butterfly Awards. Continuing her music career, she released singles like "Yankı" and "Prens & Prenses" in 2016 and 2017, respectively. Her single "Üzülmedin mi?" in November 2017 earned her the Best Song Award at the 15th Radio Boğaziçi Music Awards. Simge released her album "Ben Bazen" on June 1, 2018, and remains active in her music endeavors.
