South Korean rapper Sik-K, born Kwon Min-sik in Seoul in 1994, gained recognition after appearing on Show Me the Money 4 and drawing influence from Western artists like Drake and Wiz Khalifa. His distinctive sound emerged with the 2018 mixtape TRAPART, produced by GroovyRoom. Sik-K's musical journey began in 2015 and led to a series of EP and mixtape releases, including FLIP with OTC before signing with H1ghr Music. His debut studio album, FL1P, featuring collaborations with Crush and Jessi, peaked at 28 on the Gaon chart in early 2019, followed by the 2019 release S.O.S. (Sink or Swim) with Coogie.
