Formed at a university in Leeds, U.K., Sigma began as a trio before Cameron Edwards and Joe Lenzie continued as a duo, establishing their own label, Life Recordings, in 2009. The pair gained recognition with remixes and EP releases, leading to their breakthrough hit "Nobody to Love" in 2014. Subsequent successful singles featuring collaborations with artists like Paloma Faith, Labrinth, and Rita Ora culminated in the release of their debut album Life in 2015. Continuing their momentum, Sigma collaborated with Quavo and Sebastian Kole on the 2017 single "Forever."
