Born in 1997, Sebastian began his musical journey at the age of 5 with a love for the piano, eventually delving into beat-making in high school and playing keys in various bands. Graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Music Production & Audio Engineering from ArtEZ in 2018, he honed his skills and ventured to Chicago to collaborate with emerging artists, leading to the release of his albums "Waves" (2018) and "Enjoy the Ride" (2019) and multiple instrumental music projects and collaborations with fellow producers in the hip-hop scene.

In 2024, after accumulating over 250 million streams, Sebastian transitioned from producer to artist with his new project, KAMAE, stepping into the foreground while maintaining Sebastian Kamae as a platform for his instrumental beats and productions.
