Seán Dagher

Seán Dagher is a versatile musician known for his work across various classical and folk music traditions including Celtic, Baroque, and Arabic music. As the artistic director of Skye Consort and a member of La Nef's Artistic Committee, he has arranged music for a diverse range of ensembles and artists, from La Mandragore to Pierre Lapointe. Seán's arrangements have been featured in performances across Canada and the United States, as well as in video game soundtracks like Assassin's Creed 4. Additionally, he has collaborated on projects involving Middle Eastern music, audio books, and theatre productions, earning nominations and awards for his contributions.

Aside from his notable achievements in music arrangement and composition, Seán Dagher's talents extend to collaborating on diverse projects such as creating shows of Middle Eastern music, composing for audio books, and working on theatre productions. With a string of accolades including nominations for ADISQ and Opus awards, Seán has been recognized for his contributions to various concerts and recordings. His diverse portfolio includes the CD "La Traverse Miraculeuse" with Les Charbonniers de l'Enfer, the concert "Convivencia" with La Mandragore, and the creation of "Leave her, Johnny" with La Nef.
