Saad Lamjarred, born on April 7, 1985 in Rabat, Morocco, is a prominent figure in Arab pop music. The son of singer Bachir Lamjarred and actress Nezha Regragui, Lamjarred began his musical journey at the Conservatoire National de Musique before gaining recognition through various singing competitions in Lebanon. Despite early success with hits like "Waadini" in 2009, his career faced setbacks from legal issues, including a six-year prison sentence in 2023, which he has appealed. Lamjarred's music blends Moroccan dialect with a mix of styles such as American pop, Arab pop, traditional Moroccan music, rap, and raï, with notable tracks like "Enty," "Lm3allem," and "Ghaltana" garnering wide acclaim.
