Ryan Lewis

Seattle-based producer, photographer, and DJ Ryan Lewis found unexpected mainstream success alongside fellow Washington native Macklemore, with their breakthrough album The Heist in 2012, featuring hits like "Thrift Shop." Lewis initially explored guitar, audio production, and photography before reuniting with Macklemore for successful projects like Vs. Redux EP and hits such as "Otherside" and "Can't Hold Us." The duo's Grammy-winning debut album led to further successful collaborations before taking a hiatus in 2017, with Lewis later working with artists like Kesha and Hobo Johnson. In late 2021, Lewis and Macklemore reunited for the single "Next Year."
