His early single "Luv Dancin" as Underground Solution helped shape the evolving New York house sound, leading to successful remix work for artists like Babyface, Michael Jackson, and Diana Ross.

Sanchez's later productions solidified his status as a leading producer, with releases under various aliases on labels like Strictly Rhythm and Narcotic Records. He expanded his presence in the industry by launching his own label, Stealth, and earning a Grammy for Best Remixed Recording in 2003.
