Rocko

Atlanta rapper Rocko, born Rodney Hill, began his music career as a producer and ghostwriter in the late '90s before founding Rocky Road Records in 2002. He gained recognition for his mixtapes NWA and Swag Season, featuring collaborations with notable artists like Jim Jones and Rick Ross. After signing with Island Def Jam, Rocko released his major-label debut Self-Made in 2008, which reached number 21 on the Billboard 200 chart. Despite parting ways with Def Jam, Rocko continued to release mixtapes under A1 Recordings, including the successful Gift of Gab 2 in 2013.

Rocko's career saw further success with the release of the hit single "U.O.E.N.O." featuring Rick Ross and Future, which became a Top 20 pop hit. He continued to drop mixtapes like Wild Life, Rocko Dinero, and Lingo for Dummies, showcasing his lyrical prowess and collaborations with rising stars in the rap scene. Through his label, Rocko has played a significant role in developing artists like Young Dro and Dem Franchize Boyz, leaving a lasting impact on the hip-hop industry.
