Biography

Rkomi was born in Milan in 1994 and grew up in the Calvairate neighborhood, where he discovered rap through his older brother. Recognized early on as one of the most interesting and eclectic artists in the new hip-hop scene, he worked with mentors such as Marracash and The Night Skinny. Moving beyond urban exploits, he delved into creating music with a band, leading to successful albums like "Dove gli occhi non arrivano" and "Taxi Driver," the latter making him the top-selling Italian artist of 2021 with over a billion streams and 24 platinum certifications.

On July 7, 2023, Rkomi released "No Stress," a collaborative album with Irama. Born out of a strong personal and professional relationship, the album merges their distinct musical styles, showcasing their personalities and charisma while exploring a variety of atmospheres familiar to both artists.
