Formed by Culture Freedom and Wise Intelligent, with DJ and producer Father Shaheed, the group released albums in the early 1990s that emphasized their religious beliefs and philosophy, garnering both sales and critical attention. Their 1993 release, Black Business, showcased Wise's versatility in incorporating reggae/dancehall elements but faced criticism for its inclusion of homophobic content. Despite this, their music continued to resonate with audiences, with the group's final album, New World Order, released in 1996.
