Peter Wolf

Peter Wolf, best known for his time with the J. Geils Band, grew up in the Bronx with a family deeply involved in show business. His early exposure to blues and R&B legends at the Apollo Theater sparked his musical passion. Wolf's journey through art school and involvement in the music scene eventually led to the formation of the J. Geils Band, known for their dynamic live performances and hit songs.

After the band's peak in the 1980s, Wolf pursued a successful solo career, collaborating with iconic artists and receiving critical acclaim for his albums. He continued to reunite with the J. Geils Band for special events and tours while exploring new musical directions with his solo work, culminating in the release of "A Cure for Loneliness" in 2016, showcasing his enduring creativity and versatility as a musician.
