Robert "RL" Huggar and Marlon "Shilo" Benjamin, along with Terry "T-Low" Brown and Raphel "Tweety" Brown, formed Next in 1992 in Minneapolis, mentored by Reverend James Grear and Ann Nesby of Sounds of Blackness.
