Naxatras is a Greek hard psychedelic rock band known for their warm sound blending fat grooves, dreamy melodies, heavy riffs, and trippy guitar solos reminiscent of the 70s. Since forming in 2012, they have garnered critical acclaim for their music, recorded using only analog equipment, and performed live during a single day for their debut album "Naxatras" in 2015. Following successful releases, including their third album "III" in 2018 and fourth album "IV" in 2022, Naxatras has become recognized for their high-energy live performances combining psych/prog rock, funk, and electronic elements.
With a lineup expansion to include multi-instrumentalist Pantelis Kargas on keyboards, Naxatras continues to push boundaries in their genre, supported by the artistic vision of collaborator Chris RW for their album artwork. Renowned for their immersive live shows featuring a trippy video wall, the band has toured extensively, captivating audiences across Europe and performing at major festivals such as Desertfest, Ozora, and Dunajam, as well as embarking on successful tours in Australia.
