Biography

Marina, a multi-instrumentalist and Manhattan School of Music graduate, formed a long-term relationship and business partnership with Roy Kamen after meeting at the Music House in N.Y.C. Together, they founded MRK Records and released singles like "Ti Amo" and "Do You Wanna Dance" featuring rapper Kraze. Marina's EP, The Dream Lover, showcased her dance music prowess with covers of Jewel's "Foolish Games" and Eurythmics' "Sisters Are Doin' It For Themselves" before she released her debut album Um Lotty Da in 1999.
