Марія Чайковська

Maria Chaikovska is a Ukrainian musician, poet, composer, classical and jazz pianist, singer, arranger, and songwriter. Born on October 27 in Sumy, Ukraine, she received her first music lessons from her mother, a choir soloist and conductor. She graduated with honors from a specialized music school and conservatory in Kharkiv. As a laureate of international classical music competitions and festivals, she has performed as a solo pianist and with leading orchestras in Ukraine. Her music styles include impressionism, jazz, rock, romance, and original compositions, with studio albums and over 30 singles to her credit.

Known for her musically rich and lyrically vivid compositions, Chaikovska's works are increasingly utilized by dancers and directors in their productions, television shows, and films. Since 2019, she has focused more on studio recordings of songs and instrumental music, occasionally collaborating with poets who write for children and considering offers for translations of her songs into various languages.
