Singer/songwriter Roland Kent LaVoie, known as Lobo, gained fame for hits like "Me and You and a Dog Named Boo" and "I'd Love You to Want Me." LaVoie began his music career in bands like the Rumors and the Sugar Beats before launching his successful solo career in 1969.
