Biography

León Larregui is a Mexican musician known for his work as the lead vocalist and guitarist of the Latin Grammy Award-winning band Zoé. He has also collaborated with various Latin artists such as Enrique Bunbury, Natalia LaFourcade, Carla Morrison, and Mon Laferte. Larregui's music blends pop melodies with Latin and rock rhythms, featuring a mix of organic and electronic instruments. Born in Cuernavaca, Larregui studied at Mexico City's National School of Painting, Sculpture and Engraving before pursuing a career in music.

In 1997, Larregui co-founded Zoé with Sergio Acosta, eventually achieving success with the band's independently released EP in 2005. Larregui also pursued a solo career, releasing his debut album "Solstis" in 2012, which garnered commercial success in Mexico.
