La Zowi, a trap artist hailing from Madrid, was born Zoe Canto in Paris in 1993 to a poet and musician. Immersed in an artistic upbringing, she drew from Flamenco traditions and began her music career in 2013 with the release of ΓÇ£RaxetaΓÇ¥ on social media. Embracing trap's themes of money and drugs, La Zowi also sheds light on the powerful women in this environment who fearlessly wield their sexuality. She continued to release singles like ΓÇ£Mi ChuloΓÇ¥ and ΓÇ£Random hoeΓÇ¥ in 2016, followed by ΓÇ£Money hoeΓÇ¥ and ΓÇ£HighΓÇ¥ in 2017. Her debut mixtape, Ama de casa, dropped in 2018, with the sophomore release Elite and the single ΓÇ£Suga MamiΓÇ¥ featuring Albany arriving in 2020.
