Formed in 2012 while busking on Tokyo streets, Kikagaku Moyo transitioned from a free music collective to a cohesive group of multi-instrumentalists. Their psychedelic sound draws from diverse influences such as classical Indian music, Krautrock, Traditional Folk, and 70s Rock, emphasizing freedom of mind and body and a connection between the supernatural and the present.
