Biography

In 2005, Kellie Pickler gained fame on American Idol, leading to a record deal with BNA Records and the release of her debut and sophomore albums in 2006 and 2008 respectively. Despite critical acclaim, her third album, 100 Proof, did not produce a hit single, leading to her departure from Sony Nashville in 2012.

In 2013, Pickler won Dancing with the Stars and announced her fourth album, The Woman I Am, released under Black River Entertainment. The album, featuring singles "Someone Somewhere Tonight" and "Little Bit Gypsy," was launched in November 2013.
