Keith Murray

Keith Murray began his music career trading verses with Big Daddy Kane as MC Do Damage before being introduced to Erick Sermon by K-Solo. His debut album, The Most Beautifullest Thing in This World, released in 1994, included the hit title track and earned critical acclaim. Murray continued to collaborate with artists such as Mary J. Blige and LL Cool J, maintaining a high media profile. His subsequent albums Enigma and It's a Beautiful Thing showcased his lyrical prowess and featured collaborations with artists like Busta Rhymes and R. Kelly.

In 2003, Def Jam released Murray's album He's Keith Murray, featuring the single "Yeah, Yeah U Know It" with Redman and Erick Sermon. Murray's music career also included appearances on the video game Def Jam Vendetta and collaborations with The Chemical Brothers. Despite his success, Murray faced controversy after being dropped by Def Jam due to an altercation with employees. He continued to release music, with his fifth solo album Rap-Murr-Phobia debuting on the U.S. Billboard 200 chart in 2007.
