Biography

Formed in 2005 in Bandar Lampung, Lampung, Kangen Band consists of Dodhy, Andika, Tama, Bebe, Izzy, and Baim. Their debut album, "Tentang Aku, Kamu, Dan Dia," was released in 2007. The band gained recognition with hits like "Tentang Bintang" and "Selingkuh," leading to a nomination for Favorite Band Group at the 2007 SCTV Award.

In 2008, Kangen Band released their third album, "Bintang 14 Hari," which showcased Malay and Javanese musical elements. The band collaborated with arranger Andi Bayou and backing vocals by Eren. Following this, on May 6, 2009, Kangen Band released their fourth album, "Pujaan Hati," featuring popular singles like "Terbang Bersamaku" and "Pujaan Hati."
