Hinder, formed in the early 2000s in Oklahoma City by Joe Garvey, Cody Hanson, and Austin Winkler, gained popularity with their post-grunge sound. After signing with Universal, their 2005 debut album, Extreme Behavior, achieved triple-platinum status and produced the hit single "Lips of an Angel." Over the years, the band released several albums, including Take It to the Limit, All American Nightmare, and Welcome to the Freakshow. Winkler departed in 2013, leading to lineup changes before Marshal Dutton joined in 2015. Their discography includes When the Smoke Clears, The Reign, and an acoustic EP titled Stripped.
