Formed in April 2012, EXO is a 9-member K-pop boy band named after "EXOPLANET," representing planets outside the solar system. Noted for their immense popularity, EXO has been recognized by Forbes on the "Korea Power Celebrity List" as one of the Top 5 K-pop groups in 2014, 2017, and 2018. Their debut LP 'XOXO' in 2013, featuring the hit 'Growl,' marked a significant milestone by selling over 1 million copies, making them the first million-selling Korean artist in over a decade. Subsequent albums continued this success, with each release surpassing 1 million copies sold. Having embarked on their first headlining tour in 2014, EXO has since performed over 100 concerts across four tours and engaged in various joint tours, concluding their 5th tour across Asia in 2019.
