Everclear, an alternative rock band formed in 1992, marked their 30th Anniversary in 2022. Founder Art Alexakis, serving as vocalist and guitarist, has maintained a consistent presence in the music scene. The band has released 11 studio albums, with four achieving Gold or Platinum status, selling over 6 million records. Their success includes 12 Top 40 Hit Singles on various radio charts, such as "Santa Monica" and "Father of Mine," along with a Grammy nomination in 1998.
In addition to his work with Everclear, Alexakis organizes the annual Summerland Tour featuring ΓÇÿ90s alternative rock bands. He released his debut solo album, Sun Songs, in 2019 and oversaw the release of Everclear's first live album, Live at The Whisky a Go Go, via Sunset Blvd. Records. The album showcases the band's hits and includes two new original studio tracks. With a legacy spanning over three decades, Everclear continues to attract audiences with their live performances.
