Originating from Sacramento, California, the five sisters were raised in a Catholic household among eleven siblings, with their mother nurturing their singing talents from a young age. Forming their band in 2007, the sisters began performing in their local area before gaining widespread attention for their cover of "Party In The USA" on YouTube in 2009, leading to a signing with Island Records under Universal Music Group. After relocating to Los Angeles in 2010 to pursue their music career, the sisters eventually ventured to Nashville in 2015 as independent artists, embarking on global tours and appearances that have taken them across continents and television screens.
