Caparezza

Michele Salvemini, known previously as Mikimix, transitioned to his Caparezza persona in 2001, showcasing a more aggressive rap style reminiscent of Xzibit. Caparezza's debut album, Tutto Ciò Che C'è, delved into personal honesty and music industry hypocrisy with a mix of European pop influences and American hip-hop elements. Following collaborations with Speaker Cenzou and DJ Honey, Caparezza's subsequent albums continued to blend European pop and American hip-hop sounds, culminating in the chart-topping Museica in 2014. His conceptual albums, such as 2017's Prisoner 709 inspired by his battle with tinnitus, have solidified Caparezza's reputation as a versatile and introspective artist.
