Biography
Beverley Craven, an English singer/songwriter and pianist, has been recording albums for Epic since 1990. Known for her popular live performances, she recently collaborated with Julia Fordham and Judie Tzuke in the project "Woman to Woman."
Born in 1963 in Colombo, Sri Lanka, Craven grew up in Berkhamstead, England, where she began playing the piano at age seven. After gaining attention for her songwriting, she signed with Epic and released her self-titled debut album, which included the hit single "Promise Me." Craven has since released five solo albums and joined forces with Fordham and Tzuke for the successful "Woman to Woman" project, which included a well-received tour.
