Biography

French death metal and grindcore masters BENIGHTED are set to release their tenth album, Ekbom, in April 2024, delving into the eerie realms of Ekbom syndrome, a rare neurological disorder also known as Delusional Parasitosis. Formed in 1998 from members of DISHUMANIZED, DARKNESS FIRE, and OSGILIATH, BENIGHTED quickly rose to prominence with their self-titled debut in 2000, solidifying their place in extreme death metal history with albums like Psychose, Insane Cephalic Production, and Identisick.
