Biography

In the early 90s, Ann Lee arrived in Italy on vacation and was discovered by talent scouts from Italian dance music labels, leading her to establish her career there. She ventured into the Eurobeat genre in Japan, performing her first concert in front of 60,000 people before co-writing the hit song "The Rhythm Of The Night" by Corona in 1993, which was later sampled by the Black Eyed Peas in "Ritmo." This collaboration earned Annerley two ASCAP awards in 2021 and a nomination at the SIAE Music Awards in 2023. She also began working with Mauro Farina at SAIFAM and collaborated with Larry at Off Limits during this time.

In 1998, Ann Lee made her debut with the chart-topping song "2 Times," which achieved international success, reaching #1 in Denmark, #2 in the UK and Belgium, and the Top 10 in several other countries, earning Gold and Platinum certifications. Her subsequent releases, including the single "Voices" and a cover of "Ring My Bell," continued to chart well across Europe and Canada. After taking a break in 2005 to focus on motherhood, Ann Lee returned to the music scene in recent years, touring as Ann Lee and working on new studio projects.
