Biography
Formed in 1994 in Nikiski, Alaska, metalcore band 36 Crazyfists, named after a Jackie Chan movie, consists of Brock Lindow, Steve Holt, Mick Whitney, and Thomas Noonan. After relocating to Portland, the quartet signed to Roadrunner in 2000 and released their debut album, Bitterness the Star, in 2002. They continued to tour extensively, collaborating with notable producers and releasing albums like A Snow Capped Romance and Rest Inside the Flames.
Their discography evolved with albums like The Tide and Its Takers and Collisions and Castaways, featuring lineup changes. In 2015, they released Time and Trauma on Spinefarm, followed by Lanterns in 2017. With a dedication to touring and recording, 36 Crazyfists has maintained a consistent presence in the metalcore scene, showcasing their musical growth and resilience over the years.
