Zahara is a prominent figure in Spain's alternative music scene, boasting over 20 years of experience and six albums to her name. Her career began with the self-released album "Día 913" in 2005, followed by the breakthrough success of "La fabulosa historia de..." (2009), featuring the track "Merezco" as the official song of the Vuelta Ciclista a España.
In 2011, Zahara returned to self-management with "La Pareja Tóxica," produced by Ricky Falkner. Her third album, "Santa" (2015), was released under her own label G.O.Z.Z. Records. "Astronauta" (2018) marked her transition to pop with the hit "Hoy la Bestia cena en casa," achieving Gold status in Spain. Her latest album, "PUTA," released during the 2020 hiatus, delves into personal themes like abuse and mistreatment, earning critical acclaim and multiple awards, including six Premios MIN and the Premio Ojo Crítico.
