María Victoria Ramírez de Arellano Cardona, known as Young Miko, is a Puerto Rican artist from Añasco. She began her music career after purchasing a microphone with earnings from her work as a tattoo artist. Young Miko debuted in July 2021 with "105 Freestyle" and gained recognition with "Vendetta" featuring Villano Antillano. Her single "Puerto Rico Mami" solidified her influence in the urban music scene. In 2022, she released "Trap Kitty" and stood out with "Riri", surpassing 30 million streams. Her "Trap Kitty World Tour" included 46 shows across 17 countries.
With the release of "Lisa", Young Miko became the first Puerto Rican solo artist to enter Spotify's Top 200 Global chart. In 2023, she collaborated on hits like "Chulo, Pt 2" and "Colmillo", earning the title of "BillboardΓÇÖs Latin Rookie of the Year". Collaborations with Feid on "Classy 101" and Bad Bunny on "Fina" both charted on Billboard. She kicked off 2024 with a session with Bizarrap, viewed over 100 million times, and performed at Coachella, becoming the only Puerto Rican artist at the festival. Nominated at the Premios Lo Nuestro, she won with "Classy 101" and received the Impact Award at the Billboard Women in Music Awards.
