UB40

Formed in December 1978 in Birmingham, England, UB40 is an English reggae and pop band. With over 50 singles in the UK Singles Chart and international success, they have sold more than 100 million records worldwide. The band's diverse ethnic makeup includes musicians of English, Irish, Jamaican, Scottish, and Yemeni parentage.

UB40 has received four Grammy Award nominations for Best Reggae Album and was nominated for the Brit Award for Best British Group in 1984. Their latest release, "Champion - Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games: Official Anthem," features Dapz on the Map and Gilly G, coinciding with the games in their hometown of Birmingham, UK.
