The Griswolds are best known for their catchy tunes, party style live shows, and tongue-in-cheek humour. Formed by singer songwriter Chris Whitehall, the indie-rock band became an alternative radio sensation following their debut album, “BE IMPRESSIVE” in 2014, which included the hit song, “Beware The Dog.” The album was embraced by music bloggers and radio powerhouses like Alt-Nation, where “Beware The Dog” spent two months at number one on their Alt18 Charts and was awarded Rolling Stone Australia’s Single Of The Year.

As The Griswolds fanbase spread out from their home in Australia, they relocated to the USA where they have played multiple sold out tours (including to the UK), festival mainstages (Bonaroo, Firefly), and tours with the likes of Walk The Moon, Andrew McMahon & The Wilderness, The Kooks, Catfish & The Bottlemen and X Ambassadors.

The Griswold's latest single, "NICE TO MEET YA!" debuted on Sirius XM's Alt Nation and was added to their Advanced Placement program. They joined Silversun Pickups on their east coast radio tour to close out 2019. In early 2020, The Griswolds announced the "ALL MY FRIENDS EP" will be available February 14th, 2020.
