Formed in 2011, Dead Rabbitts are the metalcore project of Escape the Fate singer Craig Mabbitt. With the help of guitarist Alex Torres, formerly of Eyes Set To Kill, fellow Escape the Fate member TJ Bell on bass, and a revolving door of drummers, Mabbitt went back to the sound of his earlier work with groups like blessthefall and The Word Alive, incorporating elements of EDM to smooth out the band's jagged metalcore edge. A crowd-funded EP, Edge of Reality, appeared in 2012. The following year, the band signed on with Tragic Hero Records, and in 2014 made their full-length debut on the label with Shapeshifter. Dead Rabbitts released their album This Emptiness in 2017, followed by Rumination in 2022. Mistake featuring Lauren Babic, the first single from the upcoming album, was released on June 21, 2024. The second single Oxygen featuring Fronzilla of Attila dropped on August 16, 2024. The third single Artificial Gods featuring HIGHSOCIETY was released on January 17, 2025. The fourth single Hellscape featuring Wednesday 13 and Stitched Up Heart was released on February 14, 2025. Their fourth album Redefined released March 14th, 2025 via Judge & Jury.
