T’Pau

Formed in 1986, T'Pau consisted of vocalist Carol Decker, guitarist Ronnie Rogers, keyboard player Michael Chetwood, bassist Paul Jackson, and drummer Tim Burgess. Their debut single, "Heart and Soul," became a Top Five hit after being featured in a Pépe jeans commercial, leading to their number one album, Bridge of Spies. The band's subsequent albums, Rage and The Promise, achieved moderate success before their breakup, with a revival in 1998 and ongoing performances by Decker and Rogers.

Following their breakout success with "Heart and Soul," T'Pau's albums Bridge of Spies, Rage, and The Promise saw varying levels of chart success, with the band ultimately disbanding after a farewell tour. Carol Decker later revived the group in 1998 with a new lineup, releasing the album Red and continuing to tour. Celebrating their 25th anniversary in 2013, Decker and Rogers have maintained a presence in the music scene, performing their own headline tours and at festivals across the UK and Europe.
