Suzan & Freek hebben een prominente plek veroverd in de Nederlandse en Vlaamse muziekscene sinds hun doorbraakhit "Als Het Avond Is" in 2018. Met hits als "Goud" en "De Overkant ft. Snelle" van hun album "Dromen In Kleur" (2021) hebben ze twee Edison Popprijzen gewonnen. In 2023 brachten ze hun derde album "Iemand Van Vroeger" uit, dat met nummers als "Honderd Keer" en "Vas-y ft. Claude" meteen de albumlijsten in Nederland en België aanvoerde.
