Sunni Colón, a self-taught multi-instrumentalist with a multicultural upbringing, began producing music at a young age, blending genres like hip-hop, psychedelic rock, funk, and soul. After his track "Temple" was featured in the film Dear White People in 2014, he released his debut album Thierry Disko in 2016, followed by successful singles like "Mornin Dew" and "Satin Psicodelic." His velvety vocal style drew comparisons to Frank Ocean, showcased in tracks such as "Yours Truly, 2095" and "Summer Blu." In 2022, he released the album JuJu & The Flowerbug, exploring unconfined creativity and human emotions. Colón's collaboration with Braxe + Falcon on "Elevation," remixed by Paul Woolford, was released in April 2023.
