Straight Line Stitch, a heavy metal band from Knoxville, TN, formed at the start of the century and gained recognition with the addition of vocalist Alexis Brown in 2003. Their second self-released album, "To Be Godlike," in 2006 marked the solidification of their lineup, featuring guitarists Pat Pattison and Seth Thacker, bassist Jason White, and drummer Patrick Haynes. The band's rise continued with a video for "Remission" directed by Dale "Rage" Restighini, leading to a record deal with Raging Nation Records and the national release of their album "When Skies Wash Ashore" on August 19, 2008, following relentless touring.
