Formed in 2000 in Brittany, France, Stand High Patrol was founded by Rootystep, MacGyver, and Pupajim. Over the years, the addition of Merry and his trumpet helped shape the group's unique musical identity, leading them to become a prominent fixture in the French dub scene. Stand High Patrol's signature style, known as "Dubadub," combines influences from dub, reggae, hip hop, and more, culminating in a sound that is both eclectic and distinct.
Since establishing their own label, Stand High Records, in 2009, Stand High Patrol has released multiple albums, with each project showcasing their evolving sound. From their debut album "Midnight Walkers" in 2012 to their latest release "Our Own Way" in 2020, the crew has consistently pushed the boundaries of their music, experimenting with different genres and styles to create a truly dynamic discography.
